If you decide that an item is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please package securely and include a note inside your parcel with:
- Your invoice number
- Your name
- Reason for return
- Whether you require a refund or exchange
- The replacement item required (for exchanges)
Damages and Issues
If you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty, please contact us at contact@kitfixuk.com. We will arrange replacement parts or provide a free return label where necessary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@kitfixuk.com.
