Delivery & Returns Information
How much do you charge for delivery?
All of our products qualify for free standard UK delivery. Our working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Do you offer next day delivery?
We have Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service available on all orders. If you place your order before 2 pm Monday to Thursday or before 10 am on a Friday, we can ensure it is despatched the same day. All first class orders placed after 10 am on a Friday will be sent on a Monday. The cost of this service will be £3.99.
Do you deliver to customers outside of the UK?
We currently only ship our products to customers located in the United Kingdom. Our products are available through local stores across the World. Our online shopping facility will only ship to the UK at this time, however.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our free shipping service will ensure your product arrives within 3-4 working days from the point of order.
I haven't received my order
If you haven't received your order after five working days please visit the contact page and complete the contact form.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your items to us for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition that it arrived in and all packets of sequins and pins must be unopened. We are unable to accept returns if the packets have been opened. We must receive your order within 28 days from the date of purchase. Once we have received your order back at our warehouse we will process the refund within seven business days. The refund will be credited to the card that was used to place the order.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order to us within 28 days of your order.
How do I return my order?
Please take your order to your local post office and send the items back via recorded delivery to; Sequin Art Ltd, Castleacre Road, Swaffham, Norfolk, PE37 7HU. The postage cost for the return of the item will be covered by the customer.
