Our standard delivery service is free on orders over £25.
For orders less than £25, the postage and packaging charge is £3.95.
We will despatch your order quickly and efficiently and you can expect your order to be delivered by Royal Mail in 5-7 business days. Large orders might be delivered via a courier and require a signature.
We currently only ship our products within the United Kingdom.

How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £25.
For orders less than £25 the postage and packaging charge is £3.95.
Our working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Do you offer next day delivery?
We have Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service available on all orders. If you place your order before 2 pm Monday to Thursday or before 9 am on a Friday, we can ensure it is despatched the same day. All 1st Class orders placed after 9 am on a Friday will be sent on a Monday. The cost of this service will be £4.99.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We use Royal Mail's 2nd Class service for our standard shipping option. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days from the point of order.
I haven't received my order
If you haven't received your order after five working days please visit the contact page and complete the contact form.
Returns Information
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your items to us for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition that it arrived in and all packets of sequins and pins must be unopened. We are unable to accept returns if the packets have been opened. We must receive your order within 28 days from the date of purchase. Once we have received your order back at our warehouse we will process the refund within seven business days. The refund will be credited to the card that was used to place the order.

How do I return my order?
Please take your order to your local post office and send the items back via recorded delivery to; Sequin Art Ltd (Returns), Castleacre Road, Swaffham, Norfolk, PE37 7HU. The postage cost for the return of the item will be covered by the customer.
